Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to delete your Immerso account and all associated data.
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account directly from within the Immerso app:
- Open the Immerso app
- Go to your Profile page
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Your account will be permanently deleted immediately upon confirmation.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your account information (email, profile details)
- All learning progress and lesson history
- Vocabulary lists and review data
- Any saved preferences and settings
- Audio recordings from speech practice
Important Information
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- All data is removed within 30 days of the deletion request
- If you have an active subscription, please cancel it before deleting your account
